Is Rocky Mountain Rigging certified and insured?Absolutely! We are ETCP certified to work on your overhead rigging, as well as possessing OSHA 30 certifications and CM motor technician certifications. We carry $2,000,000 liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 per occurrence.

How fast can repairs be made to my system?This is always dependent on the manufacturer's lead times to produce a product, but with an item being in stock, most repairs can be performed within 7-14 days.

Where do you source your materials for repairs?Our first choice for any repair is the original OEM part from the manufacturer, if this is not possible due to a variety of factors we will source from a reputable source in the industry.

What is the difference between a level 1 and level 2 inspection?Level 1 inspections are performed on an annual basis to ensure your system is running smoothly and that any dangers are identified. Level 2 inspections are performed every 5 years or if an inspection has not been performed in over 5 years. Level 2 inspections are more in depth with intricate attention being shown to every single nut and bolt.

What codes do you abide by for fireproofing soft goods?We stand by NFPA 701 & NFPA 703

How often do I need to fireproof my soft goods?There are so many variables to this question that it usually goes on a case by case basis. The best method for knowing whether or not your soft goods need fireproofing is by first checking the tags to check the previous application date, and by performing a 12 second flame test on a discreet piece of the fabric.
